Cancelations refunds & Shipping

Jade Pottery does not give refunds on in person events, exchange or credit only for custom ordered pieces. ...if customer cancels the credit will expire in 60 days. all pieces must be picked up within 60 days or your finished pieces will be donated.

online orders being shipped: refunds/exchanges will be processed when piece is received back. pieces must be received back within 30 days. Products that are in stock will ship out within 3 days of receiving the order.

Actual shipping costs will be charged on all items being shipped. Local pickup is available and free.
